TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other issues beyond our control.


PACKAGING

We take great care when packing collectibles, trading cards, and other items to help ensure they arrive safely and in display‑worthy condition.


LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout. The Collectors Drop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping options may be added in the future.
